This means that it can safely be used for (natural) burial. This mattress is custom-made for the Basic carrier, the Willow carrier and the Bamboo carrier. The wool of our wool mattress comes from sheep herds that are used for nature conservation, and the fabric is produced locally. This is special because wool weaving mills have slowly disappeared from the Netherlands in recent years. Since then, almost all local wool has been exported to China as a residual product.
